Following the hugely successful launch of its virtual event in October 2020, the Esports Venue Summit has officially announced the conference programme for its first ever physical event at the brand-new Swansea Arena this May 4-5.

The event is the ONLY global forum dedicated solely to esports venues, covering both existing Venues looking to host esports events through to the latest generation of esports specific venues and immersive digital spaces.

Sector Head Sam Wibrew commented:

We are really excited about being able to finally bring the industry together in-person this year to discuss the latest developments in esports venues. We’re delighted with the calibre of speakers that have come on-board to share their insights with our attendees.

-2 days of in-depth conference sessions covering the key topics in the industry

-An exhibition of leading industry suppliers

-Dedicated networking times on both days, a bespoke venue tour and an opening night networking reception

The show will run alongside the industry leading Stadia & Arena conference and exhibition which, for over 20 years, has attracted the key decision-makers from the sports venue sector.

Both shows will run concurrently, with their own dedicated conferences (delegates are free to attend sessions from both events), but during the session breaks, lunches and evening reception the attendees from BOTH shows will come together to network in the Arena Bowl.

The summit is brought to you by PanStadia & Arena Management - the leading global magazine for sports venue professionals with over 25,000 recipients in 120+countries - and Stadia & Arena Events - both owned by the respected Hemming Group Ltd with a 125-year history in connecting professionals and businesses.
